I love the article!! I do have a question though. Would you discourage caffeine intake or is there still a place for it? If there is a place for it when would you say that should be?

I drink coffee every day, so there's certainly a place for it. For adults the "effective dose" in literature is a huge range 3-7x BW (in Kg) of caffeine / day. There are also, if I recall correctly, 7 different polymorphisms that affect how caffeine is digested (half life, sensitivity, etc.). Generally you'll want to avoid it 8 hours or so before bedtime.
