The least in important part of my integrated training modules is the literal rep and set programming. However, movement and rhythm are the main language used throughout the program to cultivate, develop, and explore psychological and emotional states.
Here you will find several energy system heading (e.g. endurance) that represent a specific training module in The Integrated Fitness Program (e.g. IFP.03) and the emotional "energy system" I've associated with them (e.g. Love). Each session here offers a unique solicitation (intention) that is trying to be derived from the (physical) training.
12 Sample Sessions Total:
Mobility (hope)
Endurance (love)
Hypertrophy (resilience)
Power (anger)
Anaerobic (valor)
Aerobic (anguish)
Self-Directed (wisdom)
Teams (trust)
BJJ White Tissue (surrender)
BJJ Red Tissue (constrict)
BJJ Engine Fuel (scramble)
BJJ Engine Air (suffocate)

Specific and useful, no fake depth. This is the kind of writing I wish more people in this lane would do.
Solid breakdown on prioritizing spine health over just chasing bigger lifts. The jellyfish comparison really lands becuase most ppl forget that spinal segmentation work is way more subtle than hip or shoulder mobility but actually foundational. I like how the CARs progressoin builds awareness before loading, makes you earn the movement intead of just grinding through reps.
